Deepchain Labs is a parent company. This website presents who we are, the services we offer, and the products we build. It does not sell goods, subscriptions, or digital products, and no payment is taken through it.
This policy applies to deepchainlabs.com only. It does not govern purchases made on any product website we operate.

Because nothing is sold or charged for on this website, Deepchain Labs does not operate a return, refund, or cancellation policy at the company level. There is no transaction with Deepchain Labs to return, refund, or cancel.
Nothing on this page should be read as creating a refund entitlement, or as withdrawing one that applies elsewhere. Where an entitlement exists, it comes from the product or the agreement covering that purchase, not from this page.
Our Products Each Carry Their Own Policy
Every Deepchain Labs product is sold and supported under its own terms. Where a product takes payment, its return, refund, and cancellation terms are published on that product's own website, alongside its pricing.
If you bought a subscription, a plan, or an item from one of our products, the policy on that product's website is the one that applies. Please read it there, or contact that product's support directly.

Consulting and Engineering Engagements
Consulting, advisory, and engineering work is not purchased through this website. Each engagement is set out in a written agreement, proposal, or statement of work signed by both parties.
Fees, milestones, deposits, cancellation, and any termination terms are governed by that signed agreement. Where it differs from this page, the signed agreement prevails.
Payment Methods Shown on This Website
Our website displays the payment methods supported across Deepchain Labs products, processed through our payment gateway. Showing them is informational: it indicates how our products can be paid for, not that a payment can be made on this website.
Payments are handled by the payment gateway and the relevant financial institutions. We do not receive or store complete card details.
